BanaNetwork वापरताना प्रत्येक user ने platform rules, legal responsibilities आणि safety conditions समजून वापरणे आवश्यक आहे.
Important Legal Notice
BanaNetwork फक्त users connect करणारे digital platform आहे. कोणताही deal final करण्यापूर्वी buyer आणि seller यांनी independent verification करणे आवश्यक आहे.
Introduction
BanaNetwork हे banana farmers, buyers आणि sellers यांना connect करणारे digital marketplace platform आहे.
Website वापरल्याने, listing पोस्ट केल्याने किंवा inquiry केल्याने तुम्ही या Terms and Conditions ला agree करता.
User Agreement
- सर्व users ने platform rules follow करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- No fake listings, no fake identity, no spam, no illegal activity.
- BanaNetwork ला कोणताही content remove, hide किंवा block करण्याचा अधिकार आहे.
Seller Rules
- Seller ने product information योग्य द्यावी.
- Images real आणि actual product related असाव्यात.
- Price accurate असणे आवश्यक आहे.
- Product quality आणि quantity साठी seller स्वतः responsible असेल.
- BanaNetwork team प्रत्येक listing verify करू शकते.
- Listing केल्यानंतर 48 तासांच्या आत team seller शी contact करू शकते.
- जर listing मध्ये चुकीची, fake किंवा misleading माहिती आढळली तर listing remove केली जाऊ शकते.
- Seller ने चुकीचा किंवा दुसऱ्या product साठी fake profile तयार केल्यास listing delete केली जाईल आणि account वर action घेतला जाऊ शकतो.
Buyer Rules
- Buyer ने purchase आधी product verify करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- Any deal is at buyer's own risk.
- Platform transaction मध्ये directly involved नाही.
Platform Role
BanaNetwork फक्त listing display, user communication आणि connection सुविधा देते.
Payments & Refund
- Payments buyers आणि sellers मध्ये directly होतात.
- Platform payment collect, hold किंवा guarantee करत नाही.
- No refund guarantee unless clearly stated by the respective users.
Account Rules
- Fake account आढळल्यास account suspend किंवा ban होऊ शकते.
- Fraud, cheating किंवा scam attempt असल्यास permanent ban लागू शकतो.
- Platform कोणतेही account कधीही suspend किंवा disable करू शकते.
Content Policy
- No illegal content.
- No misleading information किंवा fake claims.
- No abusive, hateful किंवा harmful content.
Data Usage
- Mobile number, images आणि listing details इतर users ला visible होऊ शकतात.
- Data service improve करण्यासाठी आणि security maintain करण्यासाठी वापरले जाऊ शकते.
Liability Disclaimer
Fraud, payment issue, quality issue, transport problem, delay, नुकसान, loss किंवा dispute यासाठी BanaNetwork liable राहणार नाही.
Legal & Jurisdiction
- Platform कोणतीही listing किंवा account कधीही remove करू शकते.
- These terms may be updated anytime without prior individual notice.
- All disputes shall be handled under Maharashtra, India law.
